Will I lose my profile or subscription information if I switch to a new phone?

Before switching to a new device, you'll want to make sure you have already created your Good Vibes account to ensure no data is lost. Once you've created your Good Vibes account on your old phone, any session history or subscription information on that device will sync to your Good Vibes account on your new device. So, you can access it from the new devices by simply logging into your account.  


Switching from Android to iOS


If your Good Vibes subscription was purchased through your Google Play account, you will need to cancel your current Good Vibes subscription within your Google Play account because iOS phones do not support Google Play. To do this, head to the Google Play Store website, click 'Account' in the left-hand menu and scroll down to the Subscription section and cancel. Switching from iOS to Android


If your Good Vibes subscription was purchased through your iTunes account, you will need to cancel your current Good Vibes subscription within your iTunes account because Android phones do not support iPhone app store. You can do cancel through iTunes on another device or by contacting Apple directly at https://getsupport.apple.com


Once your subscription expires, you'll need to renew subscription on your new device in order to keep enjoying Good Vibes Premium.
